Rats.
At present, the temperature is 9° and snow is predicted. I have just read an article in the health section of the newspaper (http://www.jconline.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20070206/LIFE03/702060301/1066/SPORTS06) that tells me that runners still run at these temps, and so I guess I am out of excuses. Better suit up....

Used to be, I'd see some maniac out jogging in "weather" and think "Is he CRAZY?" but then I started doing a little bit of jogging myself, and realized ... Yeah. He's crazy, but he's crazy about moving it; he's crazy about "the rush"; crazy enough to want those endorphins flooding his system, even in the sloppy cold winter time.
